About the plan
What does unlimited include?
Unlimited voice minutes and SMS to US and Canada destinations on your included agent number, subject to fair use. The plan supports one concurrent call, up to 60 calls per hour and 500 calls per day. Each call can last up to 60 minutes.
What happens if two calls come in at once?
One call can be active at a time, across inbound and outbound calling combined. While your agent is on a call, another inbound caller receives a busy response. A second outbound call is rejected until the first call ends.
How does my agent get connected?
Your agent starts the connection and gives you a link and a short code. You sign in or create an account, subscribe, and approve access in your browser. Your agent then receives its API key and phone number directly. You do not need to paste credentials into a chat.
Where can my agent call and text?
Calls, transfers, and SMS are limited to US and Canada destinations. One US local phone number is included. International destinations outside the US and Canada are not supported by this plan.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel from Billing & Plans. Cancellation ends the Agent Phone Plan immediately and stops future subscription charges. Your phone number stays on your account. To move to Build or Scale, cancel the Agent Phone Plan first. The subscription costs $29.99 per month, charged when you subscribe, with no free trial.
