Bland is an enterprise voice AI platform. Customers use it to build, run, and monitor AI phone agents that hold real conversations at scale. Agents work inbound and outbound, sound human, run on Bland's own infrastructure, and plug into the tools your team already uses.

One per-minute rate covers the language model, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and telephony. There are no per-token charges, no per-feature surcharges, and no separate vendor invoices. Pricing scales with usage. Enterprise plans are contracted based on volume, dedicated infrastructure, and compliance requirements.

Most production agents go live in two to six weeks, depending on how complex the conversation flow is. Bland's Forward Deployed Engineer team builds the customer's first agent end to end. They own the pathway, the integrations, and the test loop with your ops team. You're not stitching it together yourself.

Bland holds SOC 2 Type I and Type II, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR certifications. The platform was built around these standards, not retrofitted to them. Self-hosted and on-premises deployments are available for the most sensitive workloads. BAAs and DPAs are in place for healthcare and EU customers.
